If you find the need to exchange any item within 24 hours of receiving your shipped order, please contact us via email or phone. We facilitate exchanges (subject to availability) under the following conditions:

1) The return request is made within 30 days of the date of delivery.
2) The product is in its original packaging and must be unopened, unused and the shrink wrap should be intact.
3) In case the customer wishes to return the product due to dislike or a quality issue, reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
4) We do not offer returns on bulk orders. (Orders above 5 quantities are counted as a bulk)
5) For products purchased from a third-party platform, the return/replacement policy of the respective platform from which the product was purchased will apply.
